In this popular bi-monthly after-work gathering, you will be able to meet new friends and establish new connections in a casual and friendly atmosphere. The Upcoming Gym Night (April 30) will be a Badminton Night

TIO's popular weekly gym night is back! Starting on September 12, 2007, TIO is holding Gym Nights every Wednesday at David Thompson Secondary School. The first Wednesday of every month will be for volleyball lovers who can engage other young Taiwanese-Canadian professionals in friendly games. All other Wednesdays will be badminton sessions. This is a great opportunity for a 3-hour cardio work-out, practicing volleyball and badminton skills, as well as meeting new friends in a comfortable environment.

Current TOTAL DONATION: $ 7888 CAD

As part of TIO's mission to be actively involved in the community and give back to our society, TIO has taken on the challenge to fundraise for the Canadian Cancer Society. TIO hopes to raise as much money as it can through a wide-range of activies between May and November 2007.

Taiwan Against Cancer is a joint venture project from the Taiwanese Canadian Community. It runs from May to November this year!
